日本スケート連盟は協議を行い、世界選手権を二度征したこの選手にアイスチャレンジ - オーストリアのグラーツで11月19-24日に開催され
るBレベルフィギュア競技会 - への出場を認めることになった。グラーツへは、数週間前のネーベルホルン大会と同じように、オーストリアのスケート連盟
から招待されているらしい。
ここのところ噂されていた、安藤選手を強化指定選手にするかどうかについては協議されなかった。日本スケート連盟のイトウヒデヒト委員長が直接
