１０月１０日時点で関係者のお漏らしによりバレていたオーストリアのアイスチャレンジ大会への参加 関東ブロックで強化指定はお約束済み？国際B級のアイスチャレンジへの出場を画策か？
関東選手権であまりにも内容が悪かったせいか強化指定は見送られましたが、エントリー締め切りが９月１５日のアイスチャレンジへの派遣は前々から決まっていたようです。
これでも、「特別扱いじゃない！」「冷遇されている！」と言うのでしょうか？

日本スケート連盟は１６日、出産を経てソチ冬季五輪を目指すフィギュアスケート女子の安藤美姫（新横浜 プリンスク）の強化指定を見送ったと発表した。１３〜１４日の横浜市での関東選手権で優勝したが、伊東秀仁フィギュア委員長によると、強化部から「関東選 手権の内容では、五輪に出る選手のレベルに達していないので、東日本選手権（１１月、群馬）を見て判断したいとの答えを得た」という。このため、１６日の 理事会では正式に議題に上らなかった。
強化指定を受けなければ、日本スケート連盟の派遣で国際大会に出場することができないが、安藤には９月 のネーベルホルン杯（ドイツ）に続き、１１月１９〜２４日にオーストリアである「アイスチャレンジ」にも主催者側から招待が届いており、安藤が出場を望ん でいることを踏まえ、遠征費も主催者負担となる招待での出場を承認した。【藤野智成】

アイスチャレンジのエントリー要項
Entries in the “Icechallenge 2013 – 40. Leo Scheu Memorial”
All Members / clubs, which are members of National Figure Skating Federations
associated with
the ISU, are invited to take part in the competition. Each club / federation
may enter two (2)
competitors in each category.
In case of too many entries, the organizer reserves the right to limit the
number of
participants to one (1) entry each category. The maximum entries accepted in
senior
categories will be 30 for singles, 20 for dance and 20 for pairs.
In case of more than the mentioned entries the organizer reserves the right to
skate a final
with 24 skaters in singles, and 16 couples in Ice Dance and 16 Pairs in the
Free Program.
This will concern to categories Advanced Novice, Junior and Elite.
Entries should be done by online entry
system. By sending your Pre-Entry by
SEPTEMBER 15th 2013 each ISU Member or Club will get ID and passwort to enter
via the
Icechallenge online entry system.
Entries must be done either with the attached Entry Forms for Teams and Judges
or the Online
Entry System! With the entry forms, the “Program Content Sheet” must be
returned to the
Organizing Committee in time. It is mandatory that the Program Content Sheet
must be filled in
precisely by each Skater/Team in English using the terminology for the elements
listed in the
respective ISU Communication.
With the close of Entries Entry Fees have to be transfered to the following
bank account:

5月の練習開始靴が重いジャンプ跳べない状態をゼロとして
横軸が時間、縦軸が点数にすると
ネーベル、関東、東日本を通る曲線が想定される。
その延長線上の全日本開催時間との交点が点数のある程度の目安。
だから東日本見ないと何とも言えない。

とりあえず今あるネーベルと関東の成績で直線を描いてみたら
東日本では126.88、全日本では78.25って点数が出てきた
